This award winning project situated in Newtown, Sydney involved the complete reconfiguration, restoration and redesign of two separate buildings. The small corner shop constructed in 1909 and the much larger warehouse (formerly used as a local bakery) constructed in 1922. Led by the talented PAMMENT PROJECTS team, the design and construction ensured this project delivered the fine workmanship and high attention to detail required.
Unique elements:
With the surrounding heritage streetscape and strong community connection to both buildings, structural integrity was critical during the construction and to ensure the rejuvenated and sustainably restored buildings stand proud for many more decades to come.
