TODAY is my Birthday (June 6) so I am posting something personal - an epic video at a music festival I absolutely love - with my best friends!
It's a bit extreme but hey it's a true glimpse into an absolutely epic weekend with my best friends and wife! My parents agreed to house sit for us and watch our baby as we had one last hoorah in Las Vegas!
I never got to have a Bachelor Party before getting married back in 2020 because of the pandemic, but when all my friends said they wanted to go to EDC again in 2022 (including my wife) I thought it'd be a great time to pretend like I had one!
We rented an RV and Camped before the Festival! I invited my coworker and friend Carson to drive over from Utah and he showed up! It was a great bonding experience with him!
EDC stands for Electric Daisy Carnival and it is known as the worlds largest Rave put on by Pasquale Rosella (Founder of Insomniac). The festival features over 9 stages, hundreds of bands, circus acts, free rides, interactive exhibits, and good vibes.
"You can wear whatever crazy costume you want and dance whichever way you desire. You’re completely free to be yourself in every which way, without fear of any sort of judgment. As you walk in there is a sign that says "All are Welcome Here" which creates an unmatched sense of unity among those who attend. The sense of freedom is truly exhilarating! Under the electric sky, we can celebrate each other and connect with the music we love. “All Are Welcome Here” is a beautiful representation of why so many of us call EDC Las Vegas “Home,” it truly holds a special place in our hearts."
