STEP ONE: Wake – Baby stirs, time to start the routine.
STEP TWO: Potty – Offer a pottytunity right away! Many babies need to pee as soon as they wake up.
STEP THREE: Feed – Nursing, bottle, or solids—
whatever fits your baby’s age and needs.
STEP FOUR: Awake Time – Play, cuddle, explore! Watch for potty signals or offer based on natural timing.
STEP FIVE: Potty Again – Right before sleep, a quick potty stop helps prevent discomfort during the nap.
STEP SIX: Sleep – Baby goes down for a peaceful rest.
Go to godiaperfree.com and I’ll show you how I potty my babies and go diaper-free by walking (and have helped millions of babies do the same)…totally step by step of course
