Doctor H is trying to fix that — by making concrete, falsifiable predictions that can be judged purely on whether they come true. And he's using time-tested traditional techniques to do it, in the most unforgiving arena there is: the financial markets.

Drawing on Karl Popper's concept of falsifiability, Doctor H makes the case for predictions that can actually fail — and then demonstrates the method behind them: directions through the bounds, also known as distributions or circumambulations. It's a powerful timelord technique that divides time into distinct periods, each ruled by a different planet pressing its own agenda.
Because the technique is so sensitive to birth time, Doctor H works not from the familiar Sibly chart but from his own Regulus Horoscope for the United States — same date, the 4th of July 1776, but timed to 6:17pm rather than 5:10pm.
Using it, he traces America's long Virgo period, which began in 1990 and runs through five planetary bounds: Mercury (1990–1999), Venus (1999–2012), Jupiter (2012–2017), Mars (2017–2026), and now Saturn, from February 2026 to August 2028.
