Hey everyone!
Last week intrepid asked for feedback on their guild tree system and I was away on vacation...so i figured it's better late than never to get my thoughts out there on how to make this system better.
Overall I think a few of the buffs do need work, but the biggest hurdle is that nobody is leveling the guild trees because the main source of xp is glint cost, which directly comes out of players' pockets in game. I think at end game this will eventually be a thing players do, but the initial tree bonuses are built around the leveling process and they will never be used at that point in time because it's not worth it.
tl'dr = the risk of glint and less valuable gear isn't worth the reward of 5% more damage. That glint utilization can be better used elsewhere.
Also I know there are trophies in the tropics you can get as well for this, but the overall xp is a big process in its current state.
