My entry for the 2024 April Fools Mod Jam in the official A Hat in Time discord.

I was holding off on releasing the video for this until April 1st and then proceeded to NOT remember to actually release the video on that day. Whoops LOL
Anyway this is the first time I made something for a mod jam event that the Gears for Breakfast community team runs every now and then and I wanted to finally give it a shot so I did! Right as I was releasing this I didn't feel too great about the level but I've grown fond of this level after a couple days. It was also fun watching the community team play through the thing on stream. As shitposty as this level is in some parts, I'm definetly gonna take part in more of this game's modding jam events. A very fun experience overall for me, and :3

...Well, here we are. Just under 11 months since beating Cold Sweat I finally have a new hardest, and by far. Unless I change my mind in the future I dont think Ill ever be doing a level harder than this. Not that I cant, I just dont want to.
However, and Im gonna be totally honest here, I enjoyed this level WAY more than I thought I would. Despite the non-sensical balancing of the level, I actually really liked the gameplay itself for the most part, although there were some pretty sucky parts. I strongly believe this is the best top 10 in the game right now playability-wise, then again this is a very me kind of level too lol
Im really glad I was able to finally finish this off. I often thought about this level during my countless breaks so its really damn nice to have this done and concluded.
Whats next? Well to be honest I really have no clue. I might stop playing extremes for a while, I might do some easier extremes, or I might try and find myself verifications. I never plan what I do GD, I just decide on the spot when I decide to do something. Not much will change for this youtube channel, since I just plant proof replays here and not much else, and I literally never upload consistently, not even close.
Thanks to the Snail Nation server as well as all the others who encouraged me to keep going. I can finally stop thinking about this level.
