This is a guide to the various methods of creating gaps in your builds by "quantum linking" (q-linking) including stake nudging, gravity nudging (including stake-assisted), item culling and one other way.

Stake nudging and gravity nudging can be performed on all versions of the game at the time of upload but item culling methods are different and more complex for newer versions.

This ends with a tutorial on how to revert to an earlier version of the game on Nintendo Switch if you are already on a newer version and want to use the easier item cull method.

I am on version 1.1.1 so do not provide support on how to do "item culling" on newer versions but there are guides out there so simply look up the term with your version. The same goes for "fuse entangling" which is part of the "item cull" process. (Yes, that's a lot of jargon but I'm giving you the terms to look up!)

The reasons I've made this video in spite of having made previous videos on the subject are:

1) My stake nudging video is not the optimal way to do it so this replaces that video!
2) Item culling I have shown more than once but not in dedicated videos easy to search it on.
3) "Fuse burning" I've not shown before at all, partly because no one does that these days.
4) I want to have it all in 1 video.
