Thanks for writing. A CEO in any organization cannot move it forward without the respect of the employees. If there is any truth to him making employees work off the clock with no pay for that time is possibly a violation of the law in the State of CT. Most employees are likely hourly. A CEO should not be abusive. A good CEO would not hold the first two meetings to blame problems on everyone in attendance. In my view, a good CEO needs to lead the organization with a plan approved by the Directors. It appears that the Directors failed to investigage those complaints that they received in writing to determine if the charges may or may not be true. A totally independant Grand Jury that is not friends with the CEO could have investigated and then reported to the Directors. All of that would be in a closed session. It appears to most of us that the complaints were simply ignored. The Directors had a responsibility to help correct issues There are ways to train a CEO on how to lead an organization. Just about any CEO or employee will benefit from corrective action and training. In any case, I am fatigued and tiring of this discussion. All of this is not helping with my MDS cancer that is converting to AMLeukemia. My oncologist has asked that I reduce stress. If she knew what was going on here I would have received a lecture from her. My oncologist is a strong doctor originally from China and raised here in Sacramento. She is caring but also direct. I was in the hospital 5 times last year. She would come into my room. Hold my hand and then give me the bad knews. My cancer is getting worse to the point where yesterday she said that chemotherapy next week may not be possible unless my blood counts improve. So I am to going to reduce stress by going back to doing videos about what I enjoy in ham radio with the help of othres. Thanks for reading this. 73, Jim Heath W6LG
