I have been wanting to get a real pinball machine for quite some time, but finances and an appropriate available machine have not aligned, until now. A local member of the pinball community has quite a large collection of machines and has ordered two new machines, but his space was full, so he put up two of his machines for sale. This Star Trek pinball from Data East caught my eye as a theme I love and a decent amount of gameplay elements to keep me interested for a while. Also, the machine has been very well looked after and restored, so I was not buying yet another arcade project.
