This may be one of the most disruptive laptops to come out in a long time. The @Apple MacBook Neo is an astoundingly affordable laptop staring at $599 or $499 with the education discount. It does use an Apple iPhone chip inside of it, but it is still an extremely powerful Apple Silicon Chip for everyday, basic use. Beyond the performance, the build quality is CRAZY GOOD! It makes no sense for it to feel this good, but maybe that’s because we are so used to inexpensive laptops feeling cheap, creaky, and flexing everywhere. This thing feels SOLID. I think this will be incredible for casual users and for the education segment. What’s even more exciting is thinking of what Gen 2 and Gen 3 will look like and what chips they use!
