Today I am covering Michael Chabon's magnum opus The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier and Clay, which deals with one of my favorite topics of conversation: comics. Not only is Kavalier and Clay a beautiful love letter to a medium that I love, but it's also a great story about escapism and the joy that comes from creation and why people want to escape into fictional worlds. It's a favorite of the year.
