Founding member of the Allman Brothers Band, Dickey Betts, has passed away at the age of 80 years old. Dickey Betts who was best known for his iconic guitar playing and songwriting helped shaped the legendary sound of the Allman Brothers Band. Dickey Betts and Duane Allman were considered to be one of the greatest duos of all-time when it came to playing alongside one another on another on the guitar. Our hearts and prayers are going out to Dickey Betts' family and friends and the Allman Brothers camp during this difficult time.
