I created an abandoned Train Station to fit my moonwood mill world from the werewolves game pack. I converted the train station into a libray so I had to demolish James Turner's factory build.
The train station has everything you need for a library and I also added the gym items and a bedroom just for werewolves.
Lot size 30x40
