In 2006, WWE Magazine published its official list of the 51 worst offenders in company history. The result was a completely kayfabe collection of wrestling villains, betrayals, beatdowns and crimes against sports entertainment (with some absolutely baffling choices along the way). We’re running down the official rankings in this video to see who WWE considered their ultimate bad guys. We'll check out the wild excuses they gave for including them, the bizarre 2000s magazine humor that definitely wouldn't fly today, and I'm sure you'll wonder how and why so many top heels were actually left out.
