Hanuman, a modern recreation of J Class yacht Endeavour II, was built by Royal Huisman after an exterior design by Charles E. Nicholson, an interior by Pieter Beeldsnijder design and naval architecture by Dykstra Naval Architects in 2009. The 42m/ 138ft Super J-Class sailing yacht was just like the sloop Hyperion and the three-masted schooner Athena built for Jim Clark.

The Sailing Yacht of the Year 2009 returned to Amsterdam in Holland today.
