For the record, this theory was presented to me as just a model, I didn't know there was an originator. This isn't personal. I am a respectful person, so I will continue attacking the argumentation not the person.
The first 10-12 minutes are a treat so I do suggest making sure you see the ACTUAL depiction of a difference between a solar system and Galaxy from official material. BUT I will have to see a receipt of the SEG not being a guide before I bother responding any further

With Dragon Ball Super Beerus remake coming and Moro. New theories are spreading that each galaxy in Dragon Ball's Universe 7 are only 10 light Years across. Sounds like an attempt at Goku downplay from Comic fans. So, I will surgically debunk it right here.
40 light years is based on two things, its a linear stack model of the radius of 10 light year galaxies. And a symmetrical cross model, though I am being generous here as it can be whittled down to 25/30 light year. BUT I am a charitable guy...so 40!
