Bugs: Choppy/randomly disappearing sountrack(fixed in r2062), 2D graphic corruption (fixed in r21xx)

"Only GE graphics" enabled = emu shows real fps
"Only GE graphics" disabled = emu shows bogus/optimistic fps and gameplay actually is less smooth.
