1) Person I looked up to - what I admire, coffee chat request. 
2) Senior engineers/managers - why I deserve an internship. 
3) Peers - 'I intern at Meta, I'll intro you to my recruiter. You intern at Google, can you do the same?'" 

The third had highest impact - those people responded most.
