Mat Armstrong Bugatti rebuild has become one of the most insane hypercar projects on YouTube. After buying a crashed Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport, Mat took on a rebuild that even Bugatti said should not be done outside their factory.
In part two, the project reaches a completely new level. The car is split in half, the engine mount damage is finally revealed, and one of the biggest questions in the entire rebuild gets answered.
What looked like catastrophic damage near the gearbox turned into a critical structural failure, forcing Mat to either recreate or repair a key component without any factory support from Bugatti.
With help from expert fabricators, the team repairs the broken mount, reassembles the car, and reaches a moment nobody expected this early in the build.

But even that doesn’t mean the project is safe. Cooling issues, structural damage, and long-term reliability are still major risks.
