The World Chess Hall of Fame welcomes the largest class of inductees it has ever had in a single year at The Chase Park Plaza Hotel. The ten players that changed the game and broke barriers being honored in 2024 are Nana Alexandria, Efim Geller, Chen Zhu, Robert Hübner, Vladimir Kramnik, Fridrik Olafsson, Irina Levitina, Elena Donaldson-Akhmilovskaya, Lev Polugaevsky, and Oscar Panno.
