Happy Home Movies Thanksgiving Special season to all who celebrate! This year’s Thanksgiving is all about doing more and doing less in all the ways it matters most. For the first time ever, I’m leaning into an almost entirely make-ahead menu which means I’ve never been less stressed the evening of. In part two, the fennel-rubbed turkey is already halfway there. The gravy, the pumpkin pie, squash gratin, the casserole—all ready to go. There’s a kale salad because I want there to be a kale salad. I am relaxed, I am hydrated, I am ready for dinner.
