Founded by Malek Akkad (producer of Halloween and Halloween II), The sCare Foundation is a non-profit organization designed to raise and donate money to the fight against youth homelessness in Los Angeles. In October 2012, the sCare Foundation held their second annual Halloween benefit fundraiser, a red carpet event, at the Conga Room in L.A. Live, where some of the biggest names in the horror-film industry gathered together for a very special cause.
