The purpose of the TVC Awards or "Gunnies" is to recognize channels in the YouTube "tactical" community for their outstanding contribution.
The term "Tactical" encompasses: people interested in but not limited to the following: firearms, knives, gear, preparedness, survival, bushcraft, outdoors, etc.
The YouTube tactical community will have the opportunity to nominate channels for each award category as well as vote for their channel of choice for the award winner in each category
The 16 categories are as follows (some categories are segmented by channels owned by Men or Women).
• Most informative (Men)
• Most informative (Women)
• Most entertaining
• Best firearm reviews
• Best knife reviews
• Best gear reviews
• Best outdoor/survival
• Best "preparedness"
• Best production quality
• Best new channel (less than 5 months old)
• Best channel under 500 subscribers
• Best channel (Men) between 500 to 5500 subscribers
• Best channel (Women) between 500 to 5500 subscribers
• Best channel (Men) over 5500 subscribers
• Best channel (Women) over 5500 subscribers
• Most "tactical"
PROCESS:
Nomination Period
You will be able to nominate the channel of your choice (1 channel) for each category. After several weeks, the nominations will close and the results will be tallied. The top nominees for each category will be "in the running" for the award title in that category.
Voting Period
A video will be posted with the link to the voting form. For each category there will be nominees as determined from the previous nomination period. Viewers can vote for their choice of award winner in each category. After several weeks, the voting will close and the results will be tallied.
Award winners announced
A video will be posted announcing the award winners for each category.
RULES:
• Only nominate ONE channel per category.
• Only fill out the nomination form ONCE.
• Some categories are segmented by channels owned by Men or Women (as indicated above).
• Enter the channel name EXACTLY as it appears on YouTube. The tally process is automated so spelling counts. If you spell the name incorrectly, your nomination will NOT be counted.
