We followed 20-year old British 120kg lifter, Joshua Ngoka, all the way from his battle with Joseph Ngoka at the IPF World Junior Championships, until his recent battle with fellow British lifter, Nonso Chinye, as they attempted to win the British Championshis and earn their spot for the World Open Classic Championships next year.
