New Year, new series! Today, I'm asking The Question: Can we turn bulk rare Gixian Puppeteer into a $1 approximation of Sheoldred, the Apocalypse?
While I don't have a full deck list to share, I've got some key cards, some enablers, and some payoffs for this strategy - all of which can be picked up for less than the price of one Shelly!
