I always knew Buddy Holly was a R&R pioneer, but I knew nothing about him or his music until just recently. Learning to play this song (which came out 9 years before I was born) has given me great respect and appreciation for what he did way back then...at age 20! An amazing talent, so much great music in a few short years.
