This classic news satire got a several week tryout as a segment on Primetime Live in 2004. I was one of the writers, but satire was not a good fit for this magazine show, and was discontinued after a few weeks. TW3, as it was called, was created and hosted by David Frost and broadcast in Great Britain by the BBC in the early 1960s. An American version was produced for NBC, also in the early 1960s.
