Ok I have to spam so please don't read this. That Time I got Reincarnated as a slime, or "tensei shitara slime datta ken" is an isekai anime about a dude who becomes a ball of snot. So if you enjoy both slime, and anime, this it eh show for you. From episode 1, we see a dude get hit by a truck and reincarnate as a ball of slime. Pretty self explanatory stuff here.
