As a disabled entrepreneur it can be VERY exhausting to put in work to build your dream. Because it’s not just the work that we have to think about. We have to manage our physical and mental energy in a way that (for most) non-disabled people don’t have to. My tip 💡work in time spurts based on the energy bank YOU have for your body. Whether 10 minutes or 1 hour whatever works for you! 🏁 Building anything doesn’t happen over night but as long as we are doing something towards the goal we are making much more progress than anyone avoiding theirs. 😉⬇️ DROP A COMMENT on how you manage your energy between your dream and your health???
