💙 What a beautiful weekend in Ashland.
For nearly five decades, Donna Eden has taught Energy Medicine to audiences around the world, helping shape the field and inspiring generations of students, practitioners, and teachers.
But every once in a while, Donna loves returning to her roots.
A smaller room.
An intimate gathering.
A chance to look people in the eyes, answer their questions, and share the work up close.
That is what made this evening in Ashland so special. ✨
There is something truly meaningful about gathering in one room to learn, laugh, practice together, and remember what our bodies are capable of.
In this moment, Donna is demonstrating one of the Eden Method’s foundational techniques: the Hook-up.
It’s a simple practice she has relied on for years to help her feel more centered, grounded, and protected, especially during times when she found herself picking up everyone else’s energy.
As Donna shared:
“You feel more whole and clear and centered and good.” 💛
That has always been at the heart of Donna and David’s teaching.
