I’m Michael, a pilot and flight academy owner. Aviation changed my life, and now I’m on a mission to place 1,000 pilots in the cockpit. I believe aviation can help break the cycle of poverty that affects many of our communities by opening the door to a high-paying, life-changing career. I’ve already invested over $200,000 of my own money into this mission and will continue donating a portion of my income to support it. Why This Matters
The U.S. commercial aviation sector demands 12,000–16,000 new pilots every year.
High Cost
Too many aspiring Pilots quit during training due to lack of funding. This is in itself perpetuate the poverty cycle.
A commercial pilot career generates $110,000–$450,000 annually. This is true generational wealth.
