Circuit 1
Work out #1 bent knee pulses
heel to butt, foot flexed
30s R / 30s L
Work out #2 straight leg pulses
Perform leg pulses then LIFT TO HANDS
30s R / 30s L
Workout #3 Bird-Dog Crunches
45 seconds
Circuit 2
Work out #1 Elbow plank matrix
-If you’re more advanced you can add dips
45 seconds
Work out #2 plank with hip dip
- use water bottle as a light weight
45 seconds
Work out #3 Rainbows
45 seconds
