If the portal shows "Error Occurred, Please Try Again Later", use the Resubmit option as shown in this video.
After submission, download the Application Print and submit it along with the uploaded documents to your selected hostel.
If seats are full in your first preference, edit your application and change the hostel preference accordingly.
