TF2Ware's creator, Mecha the Slag, just added this in today. It's one of several special conditions that can be added to a TF2Ware round. Others include Super Speed (it starts out very fast in the beginning and gets EVEN FASTER than that) and Don't Touch Anyone (As if you were being chased by a Cuddly Heavy for the entire round, except that the Cuddly Heavy is EVERYONE ELSE) It's still in beta, though.
