I've been planning to make a frag movie in collaboration with Optivex and Uil. So if you want to help out you can submit demos to BluTF2youtube@hotmail.com. It'd be helpful if you could include a short description of the demo and also include tick. We're mainly looking for frags in competetive settings but I might make another video with pub clips if I get any interesting ones. Thanks!

if the download link gives you a .vpk file, simply but it in tf/cusom. If you get a materials folder you have to put that folder into a new folder "xxx", then put the "xxx" folder into custom.
