Update: Valve has removed paid mods from Skyrim (steamcommunity.com/games/SteamWorkshop/announcements/detail/208632365253244218).

Valve is trying something new with paid mods. It seems like a lot of people are upset about this, but we'll have to wait and see if it all works out.
