Hey You is the creator of the Team Fortress 2 community maps Extinction, Moonshine and Moonshine event, as well as co-creator of Stoneyridge, Spookeyridge, among others. He also has an interesting background in marketing that has helped him make his maps stand out in TF2 over the years.
