addcond 66 - gives uberchange
addcond 33 - gives crits
tf_bot_add 20 spy blu - adds 20 blu spies
mp_disable_respawn_times - disables respawn times, instant respawn
mp_teams_unbalance_limit 0 - allows to have 2 players on red and 20 on blu without any autobalance stuff
tf_bot_keep_class_after_death 1 - keeps spies to be spies and dont change classes
tf_bot_meele_only 1 - makes spies to use only knife, no revolver or sapper
