This is one of the most diabolical bosses I've ever seen, not as bad as chop suey but the requirements for it are brutal.
There are 2 ways to unlock it, you either beat Miami Hardmode or beat the entire map including the ending, and you can only do it once per map session (unless you use true reset which is unlocked after playing everything on the map atleast once).
Then you have to pray that people work together to activate it, preferably have the blue guy do it.
One thing to note, you CANNOT play this boss offline, it will kick you out if you try to do so, which means your only choice is to do it on public servers.
Overall this is definitely up there with one of the hardest bosses ever made mainly because of accessibility.
