The Birds and the Bees Bug-Byte 1983
A charming and original early Spectrum arcade game in which you take control of Boris the Bee. Buzz around and land on flowers to collect nectar, then return it to the hive before the load weighs you down. Hazards include dive-bombing birds, wasps, Venus fly-traps, centipedes and the occasional honey-raiding bear. Matt Smith's graphics look fantastic and the controls take a moment to master thanks to the bee’s realistic momentum.
