Rod-Land 1991, Storm Software is one of those delightful late-era Spectrum gems that proves the machine could still deliver pure charm and addictive gameplay right up to the end of its commercial life. A slick port of Jaleco’s 1990 arcade platformer, this version was coded by Jason McGann and Shaun McClure and remains a firm favourite among Speccy fans. This vision has a twist as it's the 2012 colored addition. Fans of the original arcade and the Spectrum will lap this vibrant version up as it's ridiculously moreish, and feels like a genuine arcade experience squeezed onto the Spectrum with almost no compromises.
