No one can kill you with a text message.
It’s just words on a screen. The pain comes from the meaning we assign to it.

I've done it. I’ve made toxic messages mean I was unworthy, that I had to defend myself, or prove my value.
But here's the truth: those texts are about them, not you. Their dysregulation. Their disorder. Their need to control.

You can choose a different story.
Stay calm. Respond only to the logistical info like it’s a game.
The rest? Word salad. Nonsense. White noise.

You’re not here to play defense anymore. You’re here to win with wisdom.
