New note block sounds came out with the 19w09a snapshot in Minecraft. The ones I like the most are probably the bit and the banjo instruments. Since the original Tetris theme uses 8 bit sounds I though it would make sense to remake the song with the new bit note block instrument. For this song I used the bit (emerald block) and the iron xylophone (iron block) sounds, apart from the older bass and snare sounds.

I arranged the cover manually by ear, but I used Minecraft Note Block Studio to generate the in-game structure. The song is in a different key than the original due to the 2 octave limit of Minecraft - I really hope they fix this some day, just doubling it to 4 octaves would be much much better!
