This is a long lane 0f 1.5 miles in length and ok to ride but a bit overgrown at the moment. It needs someone to have a little play with an Allen Scythe to cut back some of the thick brambles that grab at the footrests and levers, which bring the bike to a sudden halt. It doesn't look like it's had any use by anyone on foot, or on a bike for a very long time. This lane is marked on the OS and Council Maps as an Other Route with Public Access.
