Do these swords live up to their name ? Based on this test I have to say...
Yes, absolutely. The cutting power is nuts. They make it remarkably easy, regardless of the target (tatami mats of different quality, with or without hardwood core, as well as soaked newspaper rolls wrapped around polypropylene tubes).
If you're in Nova Scotia (particularly in the Halifax area) Xian Niles is a very competent HEMA instructor to learn from.
