This video is a field review of TTP EmComm Tools CE, a modified Linux/Ubuntu distribution with the goal of facilitating digital radio communication in the event that the normal communication grid goes down. KT7RUN(TheTechPrepper) is building a plug and play system, so that others can plug their radio in to a laptop, and get communicating when it matters. So far, the OS features APRS, AX25/ARDOP winlink connections, anoffline wikipedia browser, and an offline navigation system. The version used in the video can also connect to BBS nodes.
