The figures on the dynamometer balance relate to a peak power of about 760 bhp at 2900 rpm, however, we are thinking that the damper fitted next to it may be limiting the movement of the load cell, the actual power here is somewhere just over 1000 bhp. The ratio driving the compressor has been increased to allow 0.5 BAR of boost, (+7lb) Charlie Broomfield designed the drive system for his centrifugal supercharger and it purrs along very nicely.
