If you're building an arcade with a PS1/2/3, Xbox 360, or Windows PC you'll need an arcade (controller) input encoder. I test a few eBay varieties to see if they are any good. Tested in this video, BoSega, Reyann Easyget, and an unbranded Xbox360 encoder. I purchased these to independently test.
