Bringing two unfinished projects together... today we're using an engine to test our "new to us" dyno, while using our "new to us" dyno to test an engine!

The cleaning guy built this stroked 267ci SBC around 20 years ago to install in one of his Allis Chalmers D-17 tractors, but it got pushed to the backburner. Should he finish it?
