Abdelaziz explains why he chose the Institut Polytechnique de Paris (IP Paris) to carry out his thesis and more specifically the Communications & Electronics (Comelec) laboratory at Télécom Paris.
During his year of Master 2 Machine Learning, Communications and Security (MICAS) IP Paris at Télécom Paris, Abdelaziz followed the courses of two professors who inspired him to pursue a thesis under their supervision. He is now working on the limits of future networks under security constraints, and on the use of reinforcement learning methods to approach these limits in practice.
In this video, he also talks about the support he receives from his 2 PhD supervisors and the relations with the other research professors and PhD students at Télécom Paris.

Malgré leurs nombreux avantages, ces liens ne bénéficient pas de la protection des données assurée par la couche physique du canal de propagation. La diffusion croissante dinformations sensibles et la menace constante de la cybercriminalité rendent nécessaire la recherche de solutions ingénieuses pour garantir la sécurité des données. Dans une récente publication dans Optica, une équipe de Télécom Paris a relevé ce défi en démontrant une méthode de cryptage par chaos. Ils ont prouvé lapplicabilité de ce système sur une distance de 30 mètres dans l’infrarouge lointain.
